Disable na daw ang Email ko sa UNITY NETWORK

Helo po ka team unity aware po ako dati na nag reset aq ng password at napalitan narin po kelangan q po ba ulitin mag reset or okay na khit di na po?

Good morning,nag request po ako ng new password laging invalid yung user name or id,naka 2 request na din ako ng password ,Di po ako maka request ng Unity Network Account.

I already process my log in and follow steps in changing password. I already get your email about new password but unfortunately when I typed it in the box the system says invalid password or surname then the system go back to the previous page. please help me to resolve this issue.
